We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account termination, we retain data for 90 days to allow for recovery, then permanently delete it unless required to retain it by law. Archived records (invoices, estimates) may be retained in accordance with applicable accounting and tax regulations.

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and share, the right to delete personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.
